Returns and Exchanges

For products purchased from Orient X to be eligible for return, they must be unused, in perfect condition, and free from any wear, stains, odors, or deformations that could prevent resale.

Returned products must be sent with all tags, accessories, and original packaging intact, within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note: The original shipping fee for the first order is non-refundable.

All shipping costs for exchanges and returns are borne by the customer.

To request an exchange or return, please send an email to orientx@info.com with your order number. Your requests will be answered as soon as possible.

MONTHLY DROP PRODUCTS AND DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS POLICY

This policy applies only to monthly product drops and discounted products.

For these products, only size exchange (if the desired size is in stock) or store credit is offered. Refunds are not provided.

Returns are not accepted for custom-made products. In both cases, all shipping costs are borne by the customer.

This policy is implemented due to our limited stock, closed production model, and special collection system where items are not restocked.

In the event that the package is returned to us, the re-shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
